Validity and Expiry: Vouchers are valid from the date of purchase until the date specified on the voucher. Any remaining balance is lost after the expiry date.
Non-Refundable/Non-Transferable: Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Redemption:
- Vouchers can be used for full or part payment for goods or services.
- If a purchase exceeds the voucher's value, the difference must be paid by another method.
- If an item purchased with a voucher is refunded, the money will typically be credited via a new gift voucher or account credit, not cash.
- Gift vouchers must usually be presented at the time of purchase or booking.
- Some vouchers are valid for only a single transaction, with no change given for unused balances. Others allow the balance to remain for future use.
Loss or Theft: Vouchers should be treated as cash. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers and will not replace them.
Usage Restrictions:
- Vouchers cannot typically be used to purchase more gift vouchers.
- They may not be used in conjunction with other specific promotions or discounts.
- Specific products, services, or locations may be excluded from gift voucher use.
Booking/Availability: Advance bookings or reservations may be required, and these are subject to availability. The voucher number should be quoted when booking.
